Operating, Maintaining & Improving The Community Centre
The NCA is looking to increase the range of activities provided through the Community Centre. To help achieve this it will be necessary to maintain and increase the revenue generated from hiring its facilities to private individuals and local businesses, and to ensure that the equipment and facilities match current and future requirements.
Provide a wide range of revenue-generating classes and activities to benefit the community.
Be a good neighbour for local residents with respect to noise, safety and anti-social behaviour.
By Q4 2018, increase the operating surplus by 5% compared to Q4 2017.
By Q1 2018, develop a facilities and equipment improvement plan to support the marketing plan, and to provide an even better experience for community centre “customers”.
