​Newcourt Community Association (NCA) 2021 Annual General Meeting (AGM)

The 2021 AGM will be held at 7:30pm on Tuesday 5th July 2022, at the Newcourt Community Centre, Blakeslee Drive, Exeter, EX2 7FN.

The meeting will include a presentation of the annual statement of accounts, the annual trustees' report, and the election or re-election of trustees. The meeting will also include an opportunity for members to discuss the NCA's activities since the last AGM, and its plans for the future.

The annual statement of accounts, the annual trustees' report and the details of persons standing for election or re-election as trustees, including the names of their respective proposers and seconders, will be published here no less than 14 days in advance of the meeting. Any decision to elect or re-elect a trustee shall be taken by a simple majority of votes cast at the meeting.
